Shipping policy

Our shirts are produced to order. Production normally takes 2–7 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and the order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

  • European Union: 2–5 business days when fulfilled by our EU provider
  • United States Standard: 2–5 business days
  • United States Economy: 4–8 business days
  • United States Priority: 2–3 business days
  • International Priority: 3–5 business days
  • International Standard: 10–30 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Rates are typically approximately €3.30 for the first shirt and €1.05 for each additional shirt, but the final rate can vary by destination and selected shipping method.

The shipping price shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your order.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you’ll receive the tracking details after your order has shipped. Tracking information can take some time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact jay@mediavanmeij.com as soon as possible.

We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfilment has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address might be charged to the customer.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact jay@mediavanmeij.com with your order number. We’ll help check the shipment status and advise you on the next steps.
